Settlement on behalf of his client, who suffered severe injuries after an accident with a tractor-trailer. After an intense investigation, Glugeth & Pierguidi, P.C. learned that the commercial truck driver followed too closely to the claimant. When the claimant made a complete stop, the truck driver applied his brakes but couldn’t stop in time. Despite wearing a seatbelt, the claimant’s head and legs collided with the steering wheel.
