Verdict for a sanitation worker who was fatally hit by a sweeper truck. This is also the highest verdict in New York State in 2017 in a truck accident lawsuit. At the time of the fatal accident, Steven Frosh was in a city garage adjusting his sweeper truck. Another truck arrived in the garage and fatally struck him. The victim left behind him a wife and four young children.
