Product Liability Settlement June 29, 2026 Junior Partner Stephen J. Maloney, Jr., secured a $405,000 settlement for our client, who suffered severe hand injuries requiring emergency surgery. While following the manufacturer's own troubleshooting instructions for his electric pool heater, the heater's fan suddenly turned on and broke apart. We demonstrated defective design and negligent customer guidance. Manufacturers must be held to the highest standard.
