Resumen del caso

Plaintiff was stopped at a red traffic light when she was rear ended by a school bus. The Defense retained multiple experts to argue that the relatively light impact could not have caused Plaintiff's injuries. We countered with our own experts and filed a motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability. After our motion was granted, and despite the Defendants' appeal, the parties agreed to mediate.
