On behalf of a construction worker who received serious knee and back injuries while performing construction renovations at the Museum of Modern Art. Although the defendants argued that the plastic sheeting which caused our client to fall was an "open and obvious condition", we retained an expert in construction safety who assisted us in establishing the defendants' liability.
