$2,200,000

$2,200,000 While working as a construction helper on a building renovation in NYC at Riverside Drive, our client was instructed to follow the lead of permanent full-time employees and access a sidewalk bridge by climbing unstable scaffold cross braces. While following these directions, our client slipped and fell, suffering a calcaneal (heel) fracture and a medial meniscus tear in the left knee. A lawsuit was filed against the building owner and general contractor.
