$2,500,000 A tenant slipped and fell on ice in front of his apartment building. He badly injured his arms, wrists, and spine, requiring multiple medical operations. Without a police report and lack of immediate medical help, the defendants tried to claim his surgeries were unrelated to the accident. We were able to make a case that the dangerous condition was caused by the landlord’s improper method of clearing ice and snow. For the circumstances of the case, we won a considerably high reward for our client.
