The jury saw right through this defense and held the ambulette company 33% responsible and the car 67% responsible.While there was very little property damage to either vehicle and our client did not seek any medical treatment for two weeks, a jury found her subsequent surgery to her neck was from the crash and rendered a verdict totaling $1,000,000.

Settlement : Injury from Falling Ceiling Tile at Construction Site Our client was hired to paint the interior of a commercial building in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY. Settlement : Nursing Home Most often we are passengers in cars with a family member is a driver. Sometimes our family member causes a crash injuring the passengers in the car. That is exactly what happened when our 66-year-old client was in a car being driven by her younger sister.
