On behalf of our client, a 59-year old construction worker who was caused to suffer two fractured bones in his foot when the scaffold upon which he was painting suddenly collapsed out from under him. Due to the nature of his injuries he was unable to have surgery performed, however his injuries left him with a permanent disability.
