Case Summary
Was reached for the wrongful death of our client, an 89-year old man who was admitted to the hospital with a mild lung infection, which was improperly treated. Due to the hospital staff’s negligence what was initially a relatively minor infection was caused to develop full blown bilateral pulmonary edema and pleural effusions, or a collection of fluid around the lungs, and despite a lengthy battle by our client resulted in his wrongful death.
