On behalf of a construction worker who fell approximately 12 feet from an elevated platform which was unsecured resulting in serious injuries to both of his feet. Although the defendants claimed that the plaintiff constructed the platform and that the incident was his fault, we were able to disprove their claims resulting in this recovery.
