Settlement

$350,000

Case Summary

Mediated settlement for a 48 year old Brooklyn bus driver who was rear ended by a private ambulette. There was minimal damage caused to the vehicles. Despite the defendants’ claim that our client could not have been hurt in such a low impact accident, we were able to prove that my client’s shoulder and foot injuries were related. She underwent arthroscopic surgery to her shoulder and foot and we settled the case on the eve of trial.
